Just got back from walking around the park. Wore my pedometer and walked 4,464 steps or 2.113 miles!!! It was note at all difficult as I had imagined it would be. Nothing hurt me - feet, knees and back felt just fine.
I had told myself I was not going to exercise until I got down to 300 pounds. Well, I am 321 pounds and it was effortless -- the little short breath I had was to be expected when climbing a steep hill. :>) I quckly recovered.
